To ensure that vacuumed food remains fresh, a check must be made every few days to ensure that the vacuum is present. Please convince yourself once more by pumping until resistance is noticeable.
The vacuum within the container does not prevent bacterial growth. For this reason, perishable goods must be stored in the fridge after vacuuming. However, the perishability is considerably extended.

Vacuum containers Timer edition have a calendar on the cover. We suggest to mark a date of foods expiry date (esspeccially when vacuuming delicate foods – for example mozzarella).
Use this rectangular vacuuum container for everyday storage of:
- cold cuts, all kind of cheeses,
- fresh meat, eggs
- fruits and vegetables.
Meat, poultry and fish are marinated in minutes as vacuum storage allows marinade to penetrate into the food faster.

Vacuum container dimensions are 22,5 x 15,5 x 8,5 cm. Saves space! This container can be stored in piles, on top of containers volume 2 litre.
- Remove the air from the Container by actuating the Pump several times.
- To open the container, press the Valve in the centre of the Lid.
- The calendar on the lid allows you to mark food’s shelf life or the date when the food was stored. Mark a date of foods expiry date.
Maintenance and materials
The vacuum Container and Lid should be cleaned prior to initial use. It can be cleaned with normal washing up liquid or in the dishwasher.
Containers are made of BPA FREE material.
