Use the meat tenderizer before marinating to improve the taste of meat and extend its shelf life. Marinating time will be reduced to a few hours.
Marinades are usually made from vinegar or lemon juice, spices, herbs and olive oil. You can also experiment with cognac, coffee or even honey vinegar. Marinades often contain powerful antioxidants that are good for your health, strengthen the taste of food and maximize the pleasure you experience when eating.
Tip: When marinating meat of wild birds, use yogurt, since it makes the meat softer. Make sure the meat is completely covered with yogurt. Before grilling, remove excess marinade from the meat.

- Remove the protective cover from the tenderizer.
- Place the tenderizer on the selected piece of meat and pierce it with forceful motions.
- Meat pieces and steaks should be pierced from both sides.
- Spices and herbs can be added before using the meat tenderizer or after.
Tip: When preparing steaks for roasting, several can be placed on top of each other and pierced at once. Therefore, the process of tenderizing meat is faster, however still efficient. The tenderizer can also be used for preparing chicken before frying, as it allows the meat to cook evenly all the way through.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Wash the tenderizer before using it for the first time. Clean it under lukewarm tap water or in the dishwasher.
When you are not using the tenderizer, keep it covered with the protective cover to prevent unnecessary cuts.
